RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Thank you for choosing our online store. We are confident in the quality of the products we offer, but we realize that sometimes you may need to return or make a complaint. To make this process easier, we have prepared the information below.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the right to return the goods within 100 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To make a return, please follow the steps below:

- Please fill out the form and include it with the package with the returned products. The online store is not responsible for the loss of the return package. We remind you that the products must be returned within 100 days of the date of receipt of the package.

Send the product to the following address:
DREWDON Adam Kołosowski, ul. Oleśnicka 4, 55-106 Zawonia, Poland - After receiving the shipment and checking the condition of the product, we will refund the funds to the indicated account within 14 business days.
Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and showing no signs of use.
Complaints:
In the event of damage or defect of the product, you have the right to file a complaint. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us by email at drewdon.mateusz@gmail.com or by using the contact form on our website.
- In your message, please provide your order number, name, email address, and a description of the product defect. Also include photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund.
Please remember that under applicable law, you have 2 years from the date of purchase to report a defect in a product.
